A series of operational pathways are being migrated, including NetID, email, Qualtrics, Knack, Sharepoint, Office 365, and desktop support. So far, these migrations are taking place with minimal disruption or difficulty. The calendars for migrations vary between Cooperative Extension and Wisconsin Public Media, so questions should be directed to Nathaniel Shay (COOP) or Mark Treiber (WPM).
As the June 30/July 1 transition date approaches, deadlines are being set for cutoff of purchasing card (PCard) expenditures, closing out of outstanding accounts, etc. Memos will be circulated with all final dates and instructions for compliance as soon as plans are finalized.
Planning continues to fully integrate Extension facilities support and maintenance into UW-Madison’s overall program.
