The transition continues to meet milestones as we approach the July 1 target date. E-mail migration for a total of 865 accounts has been completed, as was transition to VOIP and Office 365. Desktop migration to DoIT is nearly finished, and SharePoint transition is also in progress. Adobe Creative Cloud is being transitioned to UW-Madison this week. Next step will be the transition of G-suite accounts.
Extension employees will be converted to the DUO multi-factor ID in the month of July. A survey is being distributed giving employees to determine the use of a phone or a fob for DUO log-in. DUO compliance will be required in August.
