Units must seek specific approval from Facilities Planning and Management (FP&M) before hanging banners on campus. Typically, banners are approved for a two-week period to promote special one-time events. Visit University Facility Use Policies and Guidelines for more information.
The banners and lights displayed on Bascom Hill and Bascom Hall are produced and scheduled by University Marketing, and are not available for general campus requests. Banners elsewhere on campus require approval from FP&M. University Marketing is available to assist with design of banners.
Banners displayed on the Alicia Ashman Pedestrian Bridge over Campus Drive require approval from the City Department of Planning, Community and Economic Development.
Facilities Planning and Management oversees the design and installation of signage on campus.
